We operate a concession stand at the Bank Atlantic Center (the stadium of the Florida Panthers hockey team) during hockey games, concerts and special events. We have a contract with Boston Concessions to provide staffing for a minimum number of events, have a long-standing reputation for being a reliable group, and thus are assigned one of their prime concession locations.
This has been a major income producer for the band and for families to help pay for their band fees.
We are responsible for the money, counting the inventory, selling the products, setting up the stand and cleaning the stand at the end of the evening.
Students age 18 years or older are eligible to work.
If you haven't worked the concession stand yet, please volunteer at least once.
Corporate and Family Band Sponsorships
Students and families can earn money to help the band by soliciting sponsorships for Sound of Pride. More information will be available soon. Summer is a great time to line up sponsors. Our season starts in August!

Christmas Tree Stand
The Cooper City High School Band has traditionally operated a Christmas Tree stand every year in front of the school. It is alot of work, but this year has plans to be more successful than ever with the objective of selling more trees than we have ever done in the past. We hope to also sell more wreaths this year and will be needing everyone to "chip-in" and work the stand for 3 weeks.
All band members will be REQUIRED to work the stand for a minimum of 2 hours.
